How do I get support or service for my Arc Sport?

If something comes up, Arc's in-house service team has you covered. We respond to all service requests within about 24 hours, and many issues can be diagnosed and resolved remotely through over-the-air software updates, without anyone needing to set foot on the boat.

When hands-on work is needed, we will dispatch a field technician directly to your boat shortly after diagnosing the issue.

In the rare event that a repair requires more than a field visit, Arc will arrange to transport your boat to and from our Los Angeles headquarters for a full diagnostic and repair.

You can reach us anytime, day or night, through the Arc mobile app on iOS and Android by tapping the “Support” button on the App’s main screen. Alternatively you can call or text your dedicated Arc representative at 848-ARC-BOAT, or email service@arcboats.com.
