The Arc Sport warranty is built in tiers. The primary structure, hull, deck, and hardtop, is covered for life against manufacturing defects. The high-voltage battery, motor, and all other Arc-manufactured components are covered for five years. Factory-applied gelcoat is covered for three years.

The high-voltage battery warranty guarantees a minimum of 80% capacity over five years. The battery coverage excludes natural capacity loss over time.

If you find a defect, reach out to service@arcboats.com within 30 calendar days. Waiting longer may affect your coverage. All warranty repairs require prior written authorization from Arc.

Repairs or modifications made by unapproved third parties aren't covered, and any issues that result may not be either.

The warranty can be transferred once to a new owner, provided Arc is notified within 30 calendar days of the ownership change. The new owner inherits whatever remains of the original warranty. To notify us, email service@arcboats.com.
