Technology
A single power architecture, engineered to scale
Power, energy storage, and software,
integrated into one system.
100+ vessels in service
Arc's platform powers a large and growing fleet of high-performance vessels in operation today.
Scalable power
Spans 200 kW to 10+ MW, so proven systems carry from one class to the next.
Fully certified
DNV type-certified, USCG approved, ASTM F3353, with ABS Product Design Assessed.
For the highest stakes missions
Reliability, autonomy, and adaptability at
lower cost
Any platform, crewed or uncrewed.
Architecture
One system, not three
Most power platforms combine separate battery, motor, and software systems. Arc designs all three together, so failures don’t cascade, and deployments don’t start from zero.
Powertrain
Electric propulsion
Arc’s propulsion system delivers full performance under continuous load with no thermal throttling or degradation. A single architecture runs from 200 kW to 10 MW across battery-electric and combustion-electric configurations.
Modular and deployable propulsion
Arc powertrains are already moving hundreds of vessels across the country. The platform scales from 200 kW to 10+ MW and deploys quickly across asset types. Arc engineers the full platform in Los Angeles and delivers it as an integrated asset or a stand-alone platform. We interface with every component in the powertrain, so support is direct and on-site, with no vendor hand-offs.
Energy storage
Scalable energy storage
A modular energy system that scales from 80 kWh to 10+ MWh across NMC, LFP, and LTO chemistries. Each configuration is selected for the operational requirement, energy density, safety margin, or cycle endurance.
Type-certified electronics systems
A modular battery and charging system that scales from small installations to high-power deployments. The battery chemistry is matched to the application (NMC, LFP, or LTO) and every system is engineered, integrated, and supported by the same team that builds the rest of the stack.
Software
Unifying software layer
Most onboard systems report a problem after it happens. Arc’s software is built into the architecture itself. It catches a fault forming, isolates it, and keeps the system running while the issue is resolved remotely.
Digital authority over every system
Arc’s integrated software system isolates faults, anticipates maintenance and surfaces problems before they are problems. Arc writes every layer of the stack, from operating system to user interface, so nothing depends on a third party. Every system is digitally controlled so operators can monitor and optimize entire fleets from one interface. Our software is powering hundreds of vessels across the country.
How Arc Is Deployed
Built for high-performance recreational vessels where the experience on the water is everything.

Arc systems are running across the country and scaling with active commercial, defense, and government programs in production.
Proven in production
A large fleet of vessels run on Arc systems today, including active commercial programs for the Port of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
One team owns the stack
Every layer of the platform is integrated in house, so our team is on-site when support is needed.
American-made
Designed, engineered, and manufactured in the United States by a team that has shipped hardware at scale.

Frequently Asked Questions
The platform is flexible from full battery-electric to primary diesel-electric hybrid, sized to the vessel's duty cycle.
From a straightforward 400 A / 480 VAC upgrade to high-capacity DC fast-charge installations, Arc helps operators implement the charging solution that fits the use-case.
No. Arc integrates alongside your existing partners and suppliers. Our interfaces are documented and our engineering support is direct, so your team designs around a known system.
Arc supplies the powertrain, battery system, and control software as a standalone package, delivers complete new-build assets, and retrofits existing assets with the electric or hybrid-electric stack.
We keep all critical interfaces identical to what the crew is used to, so there is a minimal learning curve.
Our telemetry system collects 10,000+ data points a second, enabling fault isolation, predictive maintenance and early warning features.
Arc works alongside operators to identify and secure grants and incentives from ports, municipalities, and federal programs.
The same team that engineered and built it. Arc designs, manufactures, and supports the platform in the United States.
Yes, our power platform is propelling vessels across the country and in the Port of Los Angeles.
