How can you fix my boat remotely?
Our service team monitors boat performance remotely. If something comes up, we can often diagnose the issue and push a software fix over the air, closing out the problem before you realize something is off.
When a physical repair is needed our team coordinates directly with you to minimize time off the water. You can reach the service team anytime, day or night, through the Arc mobile app on iOS and Android by tapping the “Support” button on the App’s main screen.
