Tax incentives vary by location. Here's what we know today.

Washington State

Washington offers a full sales and use tax exemption on new electric vessels, including the Arc Sport. The exemption is active through July 1, 2030. Our team will walk you through completing the exemption certificate so your final payment is processed without state sales tax.

Canada

As of November 5, 2025, Canada eliminated its federal luxury tax on vessels entirely. Canadian buyers purchasing an Arc Sport no longer pay the federal luxury tax that previously applied to boats priced above $250,000 CAD.

Additionally, five U.S. states do not impose a statewide general sales tax on boat purchases:

• Alaska
• Delaware
• Montana
• New Hampshire
• Oregon
