How do you charge the Arc Sport?
Start Charging Sessions
The Arc Sport's charge port is located on the starboard side of the boat. To charge, open the port, make sure it's dry, and insert the charger. The status light will pulse white. Once the charger has locked, you’ll hear an audible click and the light will start pulsing green indicating charging has started. It can take up to 30 seconds for the charger to lock and for the pulsing to start.
You can easily monitor battery and charging progress any time through the touchscreen, or remotely with the Arc mobile app, available on iOS and Android.
Level 1 and 2 charging is limited to temperatures between 14°F and 113°F, while DC fast charging has a range of 16°F to 90°F. Charging may be slower near the limits of this range.
End Charging Sessions
To end a charge session, press the release button on the charge port or charge gun. After a few seconds, you'll hear an audible click and the status light will turn blue, confirming charging has stopped. Next, unplug and remove the charge gun. If you leave it plugged in, charging will restart.
Compatible chargers
Similar to most North American EVs, the Arc Sport has a built-in CCS1 port for Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 (DC fast charging). CCS1 is the standard North American connector for DC fast-charging electric vehicles, and considered the universal port for non-Tesla EVs (which use a NACS port).
