Arc Sport Deliveries Begin

This month we delivered the first Arc Sport to a customer. As we reflect on this landmark moment, we’re so excited for our pioneering buyers and for the marine industry’s future. Just 20 months after delivering the first Arc One, we’ve now brought the world’s best wake boat to customers — a lightning-quick timeline for electric vehicle manufacturing. The Arc Sport is quieter, cleaner, cheaper to operate, easier to maintain, and more performant than anything else on the water. Some highlights of its development feel worth pausing to appreciate.

Powerful innovation

The Arc Sport solves historic range and power questions to deliver thrilling performance behind the wheel and long days on the water. Our engineers perfected an enormous 226 kWh battery pack, intelligently integrated into the hull, to power a direct drive motor with a snappy 500 hp. Paired with a larger-than-standard propeller for more efficient power transfer, the Arc Sport’s reliable all-day range ensures adventures last longer. This configuration takes unique advantage of advancements in the battery supply chain.

The Arc Sport’s battery pack, weighing more than 2,500 pounds, also helps produce awesome surfing waves. Battery weight, a pain point for other types of electric vehicles, becomes a feature. The pack’s intentional placement, combined with computer-controlled water ballast to enable fine tuning, delivers shred-worthy wakes. Arc’s handcrafted software, streaming tens of thousands of data points per second, allows captains to precisely shape waves for every rider.
