Included with purchase, starting from the date of delivery, you’ll receive:
Our warranties cover any defects in material or workmanship that impede usage of the boat during the warranty period. We will repair or replace any parts that we find to be defective. Because the Arc One is handcrafted, minor defects and variances between boats are to be expected. This warranty does not cover repairs related to normal wear and tear.
The following sections describe additional details and limitations of the warranty.
Customer service and satisfaction ranks high priority for our team. However, extenuating circumstances, such as supply chain constraints, may cause delay in our time to service or repair your Arc One. Please allow Arc Boat Company reasonable time for completion or repairs and/or service.
The warranty periods commence on the date of delivery, specified in the Purchase Agreement. The warranties expire five years after the delivery date.
This warranty is the only express warranty made in connection with your Arc One. All other implied or express warranties, including any statutory warranty rights following from local laws, or other conditions are hereby disclaimed.
Our warranties do not cover:
In the event that you believe your Arc One has a defect covered by warranty, you must notify Arc Boat Company by email within thirty (30) days of the discovery of any claimed defect. Failure to do so may result in any warranty obligations being voided.
Arc Boat Company reserves the right to require further evaluation and/or information regarding a warranty claim prior to the boat’s repair, as well as to designate the place of repair.
